PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: D.C.I.P ACID is a non-foaming descaler containing acids that effectively remove scale, milk, and beer stones. D.C.I.P ACID is effective in both hot and cold water. D.C.I.P ACID is recommended for use in C.I.P systems and soaking equipment in dairies, breweries, wineries, meat processing plants, bakeries, and other food and beverage industries.
DIRECTION FOR USE: All surfaces must first be cleaned. Use a 0.5 – 2.0% (5-20ml per litre of potable water. Solution of D.C.I.P depending on the level of scale to be removed. The temperature should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius rinse with potable water after use on food contact surfaces.
SAFETY: Corrosive (Dangerous) Wear appropriate PPE when handling the product. Keep away from other detergents. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. For accidental eye contact, flush with potable water. If the effect persists, seek medical attention.
